breakfast disorganization street noise
The breakfast setup was not ideal. there were waits for plates and cups. it felt disorganized even with a pre-booked table. also, the street outside was quite noisy at night. Shouting continued until early morning

the breakfast selection was good. it had a nice variety of hot and cold items. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. i found the location very convenient to the town center.
the room was quite warm and a small fan was the only option for cooling. this. i wish there was air conditioning.

room issues and rude staff
faulty remote missing battery cover
the location was acceptable for exploring the city.
the room i booked had a door that didnt lock, so i moved to another room. in that new room, the tv remote didnt work at all because it was missing its battery cover. i find this unacceptable.
